EA x NBA Basketball Without Borders Camp

Joerik Michiels & Olivier Goetgeluck were invited to coach at the prestigious NBA’s Basketball Without Borders (BWB) Europe Camp in Belgrade, where they worked alongside some of the biggest names in basketball to develop the next generation of talent.

BWB Europe brings together the top male and female players aged 17 and under from across Europe, offering them the chance to train with and compete against the best talent in the region. At the camp, these young athletes had the incredible opportunity to work directly with NBA coaches, players, and legends, including:

  • Nemanja Bjelica (Sacramento Kings; Serbia)
  • Bogdan Bogdanovic (Sacramento Kings; Serbia)
  • Nikola Jokic (Denver Nuggets; Serbia)
  • Peja Stojakovic (Sacramento Kings; Serbia)
  • Vlade Divac (Kings GM; Serbia)
  • Boban Marjanovic (LA Clippers; Serbia)
  • Nikola Vucevic (Orlando Magic; Montenegro)
  • Gary Harris (Denver Nuggets; U.S.)
  • Frank Kaminsky (Charlotte Hornets; U.S.)
  • Ana Dabovic (Los Angeles Sparks; Serbia)
  • Sonja Petrovic (Phoenix Mercury; Serbia)

Along with top NBA coaches like Gregg Popovich (San Antonio Spurs), Popeye Jones (Indiana Pacers), Jacque Vaughn (Brooklyn Nets), Darko Rajakovic (Oklahoma City Thunder; Serbia), and Nick U’Ren (Golden State Warriors),  the camp offered a world-class environment for players to learn and compete.

It was an incredible experience for Joerik and Olivier to be part of this event, contributing to the development of young players alongside some of the best in the game.
