Joerik had the incredible opportunity to speak at the National Coaches Conference hosted by Australia Basketball, held at the Centre of Excellence. 🏀✨ It was a true honor to share knowledge and insights with coaches from all over the world, exchanging ideas to push basketball development to new heights.

During the conference, Joerik led on-court sessions focused on:

1. Finishing Under Pressure – Teaching players how to maintain composure and finish strong in high-stress situations.
2. Shooting Under Pressure – Helping players develop the mental toughness and technique needed to shoot effectively when it matters most.
