Coming To Our Senses Coaches Reheat
Coming To Our Senses Coaches Reheat was born out of the need to organize a post-season reflection and grounding moment for coaches in a natural and supportive environment - where they can step out of the role of being a coach and “reheat” their own fire.
As coaches we do believe our players, our athletes, our clients need periods of rest for contemplation and openness and new inspiration - we believe that, as coaches, so do we.
Coming To Our Senses Reheat weekend will center around returning to yourself as a human being first to more effortlessly be able to realize your hidden potentials in your role as a coach.
What to expect?
- We will propose movement and stillness practices that can help you to ground yourself and recover from demands of daily activity
- Our two speakers will share experience & research-based presentations in an interactive setting on topics of learning environment and inside-out coaching style
- Each participant will receive a small coaches workbook as a complement and take-home inspiration to further digest the discussed matter
All of this will be organized in intimate communal atmosphere close to nature for with others like you who want to evolve as coaches and human beings by investing in themselves and sharing with others.
The weekend structure will be flexible and flow along with the dynamics of our group with fixed topics such as morning form of opening the nine circles of the body led by Olivier, preparing breakfast and dinner together as informal ‘beyond-being-coach’ team activity, theoretical ideas and experiential material on teaching styles that trigger mindset of curiosity and exploration, lying down guided relaxation and stillness moment, The Silent Hour to spend time with yourself and your most important guide, group reflection moments guided by the weekend workbook, and more.
The weekend will be led by our three coaches:
