small group skill workouts spring

  • More than 30 days before camp: 100%
  • More than 14 days but less than 30 days before camp: 50%
  • Less than 7 days before camp: 0%

These small-group workouts will run for 4 days with Wednesday as a rest day in the following schedule based on age:

📅 10AM-11.30AM U12 players
📅 11.30AM – 13.00PM U14 players
📅 13.00AM – 14.30PM U16 players
📅 14.30AM – 16.00PM 16+ players

If due to new regulations concerning COVID cancellation is forced, you will have choice of payment return or a voucher for future camp.

*minimum 2 years of basketball experience is required to join the sessions


During the workouts players will work on

  • refining the Super Six basketball skills through game-based training
  • developing decision-making: how/when to use the move
  • widening finishing toolbox: there’s so much more than layup & jump shot!
  • expanding your dribbling and footwork diversity
  • quick warm-ups for higher elasticity & mobile ankles & hips
