These online basketball workouts will give you ideas, drills and tips to inspire your own practice.

In these 4 online basketball workouts we will work on
  • developing an individual practice
  • creating good habits with a pre-practice routine
  • warm-up with specific mobility exercises to prevent typical basketball injury
  • breakdown of skill details for you to work on
  • Q&A with our coaches

For this practice you only need a basketball and open space where you can dribble and move.

Cannot join us LIVE?

No worries, afterwards you receive recordings of all four sessions, so if you cannot join us LIVE you can still rewatch the workouts on video after.

*2 years of basketball experience are recommended as a minimum for these workouts
