During the off-season we will run basketball sessions in a semi-private setup.
This means each training group will be limited to a maximum of 6 players.
Players starting at age 12 up to professional players can join these sessions. We will group players together based on age and the level of competition.
If you are interested and want to subscribe, email Joerik.Michiels@eliteathletes.be with the exact days you want to train, your name, club and years of basketball experience.
We will contact you with the open time slots.

Semi-Private Basketball Sessions: €250 for 5 sessions / €400 for 10 sessions
Semi-Private Basketball + Off-Season Strength Program*: €400 for 5 sessions / €525 for 10 sessions
*Off-Season Strength & Conditioning consists of the following:
- 3x/wk strength training
- 1x/wk recovery session (stretching, mobility, regeneration tools)
- Screening and testing (athletic / strength / prehab)
